Gia has lived in and around the Tampa Bay Area for 20 years. She enjoys the lifestyle, the sunshine, and the cultural richness, and is enthusiastic about the growth and opportunities as the Bay Area continues to expand and develop.

With a passion for real estate and a desire to be a part of the emerging market, she entered into the real estate business in 2004 as an investor, managing several residential and vacation rental properties in Tampa and Clearwater Beach, before deciding to become a Realtor.
